Changing your mind or requesting a different creative direction is not a correction.
Payment is 100% upfront after approval and before completed production begins. Because each commercial is custom-produced, payments become non-refundable once production begins. You receive the completed commercial as a final video file for business/commercial use; source or editable production files are not included.
